So yummy and pretty kimbap!! When we arrived on a Wednesday for an early dinner we were surprised that no one was inside. Our waitress was super sweet the whole time and the inside is so beautiful and nicely decorated! Between the three of us we got the classic, signature, and california kimbap as well as the rose tteokkbokki. All of them were absolutely delicious! The classic kimbap was our favorite of three, with the perfect balance of every ingredient wrapped in a thin layer of rice. The signature was really unique, but felt more like sushi with the raw fish. The special seaweed they use to wrap was also very unique. The California was basically like a large stuffed California roll -- exactly as youd expect but really good still. The tteokkbokki was great too, though super creamy and a little heavy. It had a good flavor and the fried seaweed roll and mandu were delicious too. Our waitress also gave us 2 drinks to try which was an orange tangerine and yuzu soda. They were both so refreshing and delicious! Overall this spot has some delicious comforting food and I'd highly recommend trying it!

Great place to get Korean food such as kimbap, Tteok-bokki, soup, and bibimbap. The sushi was great, very refreshing and great portion sizes. The bibimbap was also refreshing, enjoyed their vegetables however I wished there was more meat. The soup was great, lots of meat and flavor. Overall great place with great flavor if you want to pay for an above average price.

I came into here with little expectations but left pleasantly surprised. Ordered the signature kimbap and rose tteokboki (both dishes $20 each). The kimbap was interesting as it seemed to be a Korean-Japanese fusion with the raw fish in addition to the fillings of a traditional kimbap. The rose tteokboki was the star of the show for me. So creamy with a little kick. Loved the additional toppings to dip into the sauce. My friend and I both agreed we would come back to try other variations of the kimbap and to get the rose tteokboki again!

First thing that caught my eye was the modern and bright atmosphere of the restaurant. Opened by young Koreans who want to make elevated Korean street food to the Seattle community, I love how they make the kimbap into such pretty and tasty versions. They already taste so good without any sauce and the portions are huge! I love the Nabe Udon which is super comforting and comes with lots of vegetables, mushrooms and fish cakes. The broth is the best part where it has so much umami. The owners and servers were so nice and even we only ordered two miso soups but they gave us one more as we have three people. Great to see the Korean food scene is getting better and with the innovation from the newer generation!

Bunsik is a fairly new upscale street food Korean restaurant! Lots of space, sparkly clean and lots of parking nearby. Service is fast and the interior is so so cute. I got their signature kimbap, which is a sizable portion for the price. Also got their rose tteokbokki which was delicious!! I'd highly recommend trying. It was definitely my favourite out of the two options I got, as the rice cakes were soft and cooked to perfection.

Cute bright little Korean restaurant in Bellevue next to Crossroad. The restaurant itself is very bright and modern inside with friendly staffs ready We ordered: the signature kimbap - which was honestly my favorite but definitely pricey army stew - I didnt think this was Spicy and was pretty mild but my friends were saying it was spicy (my spice tolerance is pretty high) oden nabe - I really enjoyed the fish cake it was the perfect consistency for me Overall it's a decent spot but for some soup and kimbap it was definitely pricey for okay soup

I have heard a lot about this new place in Bellevue. It's in Crossroads Mall and next to Nan hot pot. We were in the neighborhood and decided to swing by. Parking was complimentary nearby. The ambiance was photogenic and brightly lit. The server was friendly and efficient. We ordered signature kimbap and Rose Tteokbokki and server said they were two best sellers. We started complimentary miso soup and they were delicious. For kimbap, it's very creative because it can be sushi or kimbap. There's no vinegar or sesame oil touch on the rice. It served pickled cabbage and ginger and a side of soy sauce. Thankfully the ingredients were fresh. For Rose Tteokbokki, rice cakes tasted good but the sauce didn't mix well and was watery. Overall, I was glad to try and crossed it out on my list.

Opened 2 months ago by 2 brothers. Location- Crossroads- near movie theatre, next to Firenze Italian restaurant. Plenty of parking. Food: * special gimbap- the seaweed on outside was an upgrade, and quality of role was good, well made, and flavorful. * salmon gimbap- traditional seaweed on outside, good flavor. * Rosie ttoboekki - variety of protein, creamy, not too spicy (as compared to others). Yummy. Service: met the owner, very nice. Did take out. The Gimbap takeout box was amazing. But I have mixed feeling of it being over done, also sad it's not reusable, and wasteful for the earth. Ambiance- clean and modern. Location- near the Theatre, took over the froyo location. 2 stores down from Firenze Italian restaurant. Plenty of parking (though I went during matinee). Value - fair to slightly expensive. Recommend- would go again.

A modern, clean, relaxed, inexpensive, casual Korean restaurant in the area. I got the seaweed salad, signature Kimbap, signature roll, and the rose tteokbokki. The Kimbap was really nice and filling. The seaweed salad was a good deal and perfect starter/apprtizer The rose tteokbokki was very flavorful and delicious, it was above and beyond my expectations. I am not surprised this was the top ordered dishes from the menu. My server was very charming and attentive. Plenty of parking outside of this restaurant I'm very happy this restaurant is located on the Eastside area. I highly recommend coming here with your friends and family, even casual work lunch is recommended. Note: they currently do not serve any alcoholic beverages, would be nice if they do though I wish I could give this place a 10 stars if possible
